A Journey from Isan to Bangkok with Sara Petyt $40 Event Details

6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

The first dish that Sara will prepare is Lap Kai, Chopped
Chicken Salad. This dish comes from Isan, in the North
Eastern region of Thailand. Traditionally, the region is
characterized by very spicy food relative to Western
Standards. However, you will learn how to adjust the heat to
suit your individual taste. You will then travel 330 miles
South by Southwest to Bangkok. The next course, Pad Thai,
Thai Fried Noodles, is well known in Western Culture. You
will learn the history of Pad Thai, a dish created during WWII.
Discover how to make traditional Pad Thai, a dish rarely
enjoyed in the US. For dessert, you will watch Sara prepare
Khanom Mo Kaeng Pheuak, Taro Coconut Custard. This Thai
dessert was first created in Ayutthaya, the first Capital of
Thailand where almost all Thai desserts were created.

Panini’s Two Ways Event Details

It goes like this: Take two slices of bread, stuff them with
delicious goodies, toast them and you have the best sandwich
ever! We’ll make Panini’s two ways, the first with honeyed
ham, bacon and apple, the second with smoked turkey and
sun dried tomato pesto served with salad and dessert.

A Picnic in Provence with Peter Belknap $40 Event Details

Peter’s plan for a moveable feast at your favorite park in the
south of France. We start with Artichoke Tapanade with
Toasted Baguettes and a glass of wine. Next are Bacon-
Wrapped Chicken Drumsticks with a Piquant Potato Salad and
lastly, Pan Bagnat Nicoise, a well-dressed layered sandwich
that is pressed with weights to savory succulence served with
Peter’s Curried Cranberry Coleslaw BON APETIT!

Hands-On Pasta Making with Liz Abelsen $40 Event Details

10:00 am – 1:00 pm

This class is focused on making fresh pasta from scratch. We
will walk through all steps together and finish with a meal at
the end of class. We’ll start by making Egg Pasta Dough for
Fettuccini that you will take home. Liz will show you a no-egg
option followed by Semolina pasta as well as flavored pasta.
We’ll end the class by making raviolis and then eating our
delicious creations accompanied by two rich sauces, salad
and bread. Once you learn how to make pasta, you will find
making your own is fun, healthy and economical! CLASS IS
LIMITED TO 16.

Tonight Master Chef Robert will speak on his favorite
topic....Seafood! He’ll begin with Thai Curried Mussels, Penn
Cove Mussels steeped in a Thai Curry Sauce. Next he’ll
demonstrate how to create the perfect Crab Cake each and
every time. Next you’ll enjoy Wild Salmon and learn the art
of how to dress and prepare a freshly caught salmon.
Your next course will be a fresh Wild Greens Salad tossed
with Lemon Love dressing and lastly you’ll enjoy Strawberries
Romanoff, fresh local strawberries soaked in orange juice and
liquors topped with farm fresh dairy whipped cream.

Welcome to Italian Cuisine! with Tom Hoffman $40 Event Details

Italian cusine has become famous as one of the richest in the
world. Tonight Chef Tom will introduce you to a fresh,
modern take on the classics. He’ll start by presenting an
assortment of Italian Flatbreads served with a
Garlic Prawn Ceasar Salad. Next, he will introduce you to
“trotolle pasta, which means “spins” and prepare his Trotolle
Gorgonzola with Cider-Braised Pork Belly and Oven-Roasted
Walnuts. Lastly, Chef Tom will share his version of a classic
Italian dessert, Tiramisu.
